PC appears to be operating well, but its only been up and running for about an hour. when removing the PC From the box, the side panel of the case kept sliding off of it. I'm not sure if there are supposed to be fasteners holding It securely, but there don't appear to be any. the appearance is good, with very little noticeable wear and tear. the description clearly States It has a dvd drive, but It does NOT. that was one of the reasons I picked this item over others. that is very disappointing. I didn't see one in the pictures of the item, but figured It was just a generic stock photo. I was wrong. overall its a good deal, but the description and title should be updated to reflect what you'll actually receive. Unfortunately, It makes me wonder how much of the description and title are truly accurate.
UPDATE: After contacting the seller, they have sent a usb external dvd drive.
